Lundbeck’s senior management and decision-making body

At Lundbeck we have a two-tier management structure consisting of the Board of Directors and the Executive Management.

The Board of Directors supervise the performance of the company, its management and organisation on behalf of the shareholders. It also participates in determining the company strategy.

The Executive Management team is the company’s senior management and decision-making body and has responsibility for the company's day-to-day operations. The two bodies are independent, and no person serves as a member of both.

Lundbeck's executive management is led by Charl van Zyl, President & CEO.
