Our employees are the ones who will make our vision come true – to become a world leader in psychiatry and neurology. That is why it is crucial that our employees around the world find their work both challenging and satisfying.

One of the ways we maintain our focus on employee development and motivation is our Employee Satisfaction Survey. We call this the ‘Lundbeck ESS’. The ESS measures employee satisfaction with regard to a range of parameters, such as management, work climate and development opportunities. We follow up on the ESS with different initiatives aimed at maintaining our focus on a good working environment and providing the best possible development opportunities for our workers.
