Are you passionate about quality assurance and would you like to play a vital role in assuring quality and patient safety in Lundbeck’s supply chain?
We are looking for a QA Specialist to fill a new position in the department Corporate Product Quality Systems (CPQS).
As QA Specialist, you will join a group of 9 highly skilled and competent colleagues. CPQS is part of the Corporate Product Quality Assurance organization which consist of about 50 dedicated employees.

CPQS has a wide range of responsibilities amongst others:

  • continuous development of the global quality system.
  • optimization of our business and manufacturing operations
  • evaluation of new initiatives in the industry
  • internal and external audits
  • supplier evaluations
  • GMP/GDP training

We offer an exciting job in a department with many different areas of responsibility. The possibility of influencing job content depending on interest and competencies. Through various activities you will get the possibility to work with many departments and production sites across the organization.
Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Preparation, maintenance and development of global guidelines and procedures including support in connection with implementation on production sites.
  • Evaluation of packaging material suppliers including audit and quality agreements
  • Participate in the internal audit program of production sites in Denmark, Italy and France
  • Be part of the group of external auditors
  • QA tasks e.g. approval of procedures, change requests and non-conformities related to packaging materials.

You are professional, self-driven and have the following personal qualifications:

  • Relevant academic background – Master’ s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
  • Work experience from the pharmaceutical industry working with and optimizing quality systems
  • Knowledge about packaging materials and requirements to primary packaging materials used in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Audit experience is desirable
  • Strong quality mind-set
  • Demonstrated ability to find the right solutions together with your colleagues
  • Language skills cover proficiency in both Danish and English
