The global burden of mental health disorders is rapidly growing and needs to be urgently addressed. As such, World Mental Health Day 2020 is focusing on “Mental Health for All”.

On 10 October, Lundbeck employees are marking this day throughout our offices in all the corners of the world! From the global green ribbon campaign, to grassroot activities, we are engaging in meaningful discussions and partnerships with the healthcare and patient communities, with policy-makers and with the media – so that, together, we can make a difference and break the cycle of stigma on mental illness.

If you are passionate about making a difference for better mental health worldwide, here are 4 things you can do to support World Mental Health Day:

1. Wear your green ribbon

2. Update your social media profile picture with the official World Mental Health Day logo

3. Support the global social media campaign by using #WorldMentalHealthDay

4. Host a “fun”draising event to support your local mental health support groups (e.g. run, bake sale, etc), brand them with the World Mental Health Day logo, and share your pictures on social media outlets.
