What we do
People Services
Our People Services team looks after the whole employee lifecycle, including talent attraction, payroll coordination, HR systems administration, and other HR-related processes.
H2R Operations & Systems
The team is responsible for the end-to-end human resource management process throughout an employee's career within the company.
In simple words, we support Lundbeck employees from Europe and North America by:
- Looking after their personal data;
- Preparing work documentation;
- Creating reports;
- Participating in internal projects;
- Ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of payroll data for salaries and payments.
- Taking care of people systems, data, and analytics.
Payroll
Payroll team ensures effective, timely, and high-quality delivery of end-to-end payroll processes for relevant Business Areas.
Talent Attraction Team
The Talent Attraction Team helps Lundbeck in Denmark and Lundbeck GBS Krakow attract the right talent to allow us to progress with our mission of becoming #1 in brain health.
