IT Service Desk is an international team of IT Supporters located in Krakow. The team provides 24x5  IT support to Lundbeck globally in 6 languages IT Service Desk contributes to global IT strategy and participates in various IT implementation projects, and collaborates with various stakeholders and vendors daily. 

Business Process & Systems Support

Business Process and System Support is a team of experts, focused on providing technical expertise in the area of finance and procurement systems globally, covering entire landscape of Finance and Procurement systems (SAP Finance, BPC, VIM, Ariba, Concur). Daily we collaborate with stakeholders from Line of Business, various IT experts and Vendors, ensuring high quality support and communication while adding the excellence to every step of the process.
