What is your story with Lundbeck?

I started with an internship in the A2R department, but after a few months, my passion for process improvement was noticed, and I was allowed to transfer and become an intern in the Process Excellence team. After gaining my initial experience, I worked as a Junior Process Excellence Specialist. 

Within two years, I progressed to the role of Process Excellence Specialist, and after another two years, I started acting as Process Mining Analyst in the newly established Data Analytics team within the Process Excellence & Transformation function. Working in this position has greatly developed me and my experience, which is why this led me to take on the role of Business Analytics Lead. Leading the Data Analytics team is a huge honor for me, but at the same time a great challenge. So, to summarize, for six years, I went through two internship positions and had four promotions. 

What do you like most about your role? 

I have a great passion for topics related to new technologies, and I'm fortunate that my current role allows me to engage with them directly. One aspect that truly fascinates me is working on projects involving business process automation and finding ways to streamline work for individuals while enhancing overall company performance. It's like being a problem-solving doctor, examining processes and identifying the root causes of errors and inefficiencies.

What I find particularly rewarding is the constant learning that comes with my role. There is no instruction manual, and every day presents new challenges and opportunities to expand my knowledge. It's an ever-evolving journey where I get to explore innovative solutions and embrace the latest advancements. This aspect, continuous learning, and growth, is what I find most appealing about my role. 

What kind of person are you?

I’d describe myself as a sociable, creative, and dedicated individual. What sets me apart is that my work is not just a job, but also my passion. I find immense joy in engaging with my work and constantly striving for excellence. 

When it comes to my hobbies, I have a deep appreciation for all things related to music and art. It's a source of inspiration and relaxation for me. Additionally, I have a passion for adventure, and I often embark on motorcycle trips, immersing myself in the beauty of nature and finding solace in its tranquility. 

Lastly, I must confess that I am an avid coffee lover. There's something magical about starting the day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee. 

Overall, I believe in living life to the fullest, and for me, that means embracing my passions, traveling, and finding moments of serenity in nature.
