Welcome to the office of Lundbeck GBS Krakow

In Lundbeck, we believe that being physically together benefits our business and our employees. And we realize that individual productivity and wellbeing might at times be improved by flexibility.

Flexible working arrangements

The office remains our primary place of work, however, GBS Krakow employees have the option to work from home for 2 days a week or 8 days a month, depending on team specifics.

Employees can also benefit from a Flexible Workday option which allows them to alter the beginning and end times of their workday to flexibly adjust to their personal and organizational needs. E.g. one can work for several hours in the office and the remaining time from home. The key principle is that most of the work is performed in the office.

Our office space design is optimized to support various working needs of the employees throughout the day - from collaborative spaces to meeting rooms enabled by technology and tools, to relax rooms and quiet areas, and home bases for individual work.

Home-base areas ensure that teams can benefit from working close to one another.

Employees have the liberty to book any desk on any floor, depending on their needs and preferences.

Open collaboration areas

Open collaboration areas are great for less formal meetings.

Here you can brainstorm ideas, share feedback, and build rapport with your colleagues.

Escape from the hustle of the office in the Relax room to return to your tasks with renewed energy.

Stimulate your creativity and problem-solving skills using our gaming equipment and virtual reality glasses in the Game room.

Kitchens & Cafeterias

Energize yourself with a cup of cappuccino or a dozen of other types of coffee and tea in our kitchens. A richly equipped kitchens offer a variety of options for preparing breakfast or lunch.

A cafeteria with cozy chairs and a great city landscape is a great place to chat and connect with colleagues.
