We are looking for a Project Coordinator to help us manage a growing pipeline and an increasing number of activities in Research and Development.  
As part of the R&D Project & Business Management, the Project Management Office is a tight-knit, adaptable team that supports key project management aspects via strong cross-functional collaboration. We are the knowledge center for a wide variety of information related to the R&D projects. We use integrated planning systems and well-established methodologies for high-quality project coordination and controlling.

Your job
Your primary responsibility is to support the Project Leads and Teams, as well as the scientific experts from the line organisation, in their planning of activities related to the development of new products. You work closely with the Project Leads in the management of schedules, costs and interactions with project governance when needed. Your focus will include the projects in the very early Research stage.

As Project Coordinator, you ensure transparency in key project information, such as status reporting, goals and deliverables, risks, etc. In addition, you provide analyses for governance decision-making on assumptions, deviations, business cases and long-term planning.
The job role holds growth potential within portfolio coordination and responsibilities.

Your qualifications
Our preferred candidate has the following professional and personal qualifications:

  • Suitable degree in e.g. HD Management Accounting & Process Mgmt. or Business Adm.
  • Understanding of financial and accounting principles
  • Expert IT/MS Office user, with Excel skills at Advanced level
  • Spoken and written English on business level
  • Experience with basic project management (Gantt charts and project economics)
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry/new product development is an advantage
  • You are service-minded, analytical and a quick study
  • You have excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills
