Recruitment process

Finding and selecting the right graduates for Lundbeck is very important to us – we need to make sure that not only are you the right match for us, but that Lundbeck is the right match for you.

When recruiting, we are looking at both professional, personal and motivational aspects. Therefore, our recruitment process includes personality and ability testing, an assessment day, as well as interviews with different stakeholders in Lundbeck – everything for you to show us who you are and what you can offer.


The process: 

Application period: 16 February to 8 April 2018

  • Top 5-6 candidates for each position are invited for 1st interviews mid/end April
  • Top 2-3 candidates for each position are invited to an Assessment Day at HQ on 8 May
  • The Assessment Day will be followed by a 2nd interview and assessment feedback mid/end May
  • End of May the selected candidates will be offered the position
  • 1 September the new graduates will start their graduate journey at Lundbeck
