Your professional development

We have designed a two-year programme to support you in the transition from being a student to becoming a young professional, navigating in a global and collaborative workplace.

As part of your graduate journey in Lundbeck, you will be exposed to various parts of the business and encounter many exciting challenges across countries and the company.

The specific track is designed for the individual graduate, building on your core competencies and giving you the insights and experiences to strengthen and continuously develop your profile.

We are looking for graduates who thrive with responsibility, are comfortable with a fast pace and who are ready to make a difference in Lundbeck and to our patients.

We expect you to have a relevant Master’s degree with a maximum of one year post-academic work experience (specific requirements can vary depending on the position). Your English language skills are excellent, you are among the best in your class and your ambitions are high.
