Then join Lundbeck’s new Graduate Programme and kick-start your career in a company committed to improving the lives of patients living with psychiatric and neurological disorders.
Your professional development
We have designed a two year programme to support you in the transition from being a student to becoming a young professional navigating in an international and diverse workplace.
As part of your Graduate journey at Lundbeck you will be exposed to various parts of the business and encounter many exciting challenges across the company. You will start the programme at our HQ, in the home area you have applied for, and depending on your track move around or be part of projects and tasks in other areas and departments. The specific track is designed for the individual graduate, building your core skills and giving you the insights and experience within the area’s most relevant for you, to strengthen your profile for your further possible journey with Lundbeck.
