Management training

Through Lundbeck’s leadership development programme, we clarify the manager’s role and how he/she fits into our joint-management culture. It also provides the manager with a toolbox of practical leadership techniques.

The leadership development programme focuses on:

• The corporate culture at Lundbeck, including our vision, mission, and values, plus management philosophy and policies.
• Situational management, communication, and feedback
• Teambuilding and development
• Intercultural understanding
  

Once managers have completed this leadership-development programme, they continue to work together in networks. The purpose of these networks is to improve the competencies of the managers as leaders and project managers, and to ensure the sharing of experience and knowledge across the organisation.
