Our licensing review process
Here at Lundbeck, our in-licensing review process has five distinct phases:
- Phase A – Brief, non confidential, initial evaluation by Scientific Licensing Department
- Phase B – Fuller confidential evaluation by members of the R&D and marketing organisation.
- Phase C – Business case development and preliminary negotiation of principle agreement (term sheet)
- Phase D – Due diligence
- Phase E – Final negotiation and closing of contract
